By accessing or using Buytoon ("buytoon.ai"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Buytoon provides an AI-powered video advertisement creation platform that enables users to generate video content using artificial intelligence actors and automated production tools. Our service includes video generation, actor customization, and content management features available through our web application and API.
To use Buytoon, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Buytoon offers subscription-based plans with credit allocations. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Content generated through Buytoon using your inputs is licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to your active subscription. The Buytoon platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, remains the exclusive property of Buytoon. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our platform or its underlying technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buytoon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Buytoon in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and any remaining credits will be forfeited.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Buytoon operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
